First Transnational Meeting of Erasmus+ Project iLEAP at Brasov

Together with all partners of the iLEAP Coach project, the first transnational meeting took place form February 7 until Febriary 10 at Brasov, Romania. During the meeting, deputies of bbw international had the possibility of gathering some impressions concering the Scoala Profesionala Germana Kronstadt and Schaeffler Romania, the fellow institution of the project.

During the visit, tasks and responsibilities concering project management have been discussed and the precise agenda of the project has been reviewed. In order to get closer to the aim of providing a modular training for teachers and coaches, first results and the further steps concering the analysis of requirements have been discussed.

Within the first module of the digital training will contain the topic of learning processes and their supervision. Based on the requirements analysis, the right input will be provided. The participants were able to gather first experiences concering the supervision of learning processes with the help of educational games. 

Furthermore, the strategy of disseminating the results of the project have been developed by the participants besides an accurate plan of events and actions for the next six months. The next meeting will take place in May in Northern Macedonia.
