The TECHNIK RALLYE, which has been applied for years in Bavaria via bbw e.V. in schools as an instrument of vocational orientation, was tested in Morocco in February 2020. Since vocational orientation has recently been set on the national agenda in Morocco, such practice-oriented approaches from Germany are very welcome.
Within the framework of the vocational training partnership project OFE, bbw experts Martin Hillebrand and Abdelali Lakhdar introduced the partners in Marrakech to the basics of the TECHNIK RALLYE. A station course adapted to the local needs was tested on site and was enthusiastically accepted by both teachers and pupils.
The TECHNIK RALLYE is a handicraft-technical task course with various stations, which is intended to introduce young people to the demands of handicraft and technical professions in a playful way. At 25 stations, the pupils can playfully test the handling of materials and tools and develop confidence in their own technical skills. The rallies are offered in Germany for all school types from the 5th grade upwards. The station course lasts two school hours and takes place with a maximum of 30 pupils. More information here.
