With a view to current changes in the markets, the Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw) constantly develops and expands its training offers. The bbw responds to changes in the employment market with flexible and innovative new solutions and training offers. 

The bbw draws upon an extensive network of training and consultancy companies, as well as social and personnel service providers within the Group, in addition to the practical knowledge of its experts in various fields. This allows us to meet the needs of our customers with flexible and innovative solutions. 

The bbw can pass on practical experience they have gained over the decades to political institutions, educational institutions, schools, enterprises and organisations abroad. There is a particularly strong demand for consultancy concerning the German dual education system.
